During Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching sessions, you'll embark on a personalized journey of self-discovery to improved health and greater well-being. Each session is crafted to meet your unique needs, focusing on holistic approaches that encompass physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Here's what to expect in your individual sessions: Personalized Assessment: We will start by understanding your current health status, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals. This includes discussing medical history, stress levels, nutrition, movement routines, and areas of your life you wish to improve. Holistic Exploration: Drawing on my extensive background in social work and health coaching, I will help you explore various aspects of your life—from your relationships and nutrition to your work/life balance and spiritual practices. This holistic approach ensures that all areas contributing to your well-being are addressed. Goal Setting: Together, we will set realistic, attainable goals. Whether it’s improving your food choices, managing stress more effectively, or incorporating regular physical movement/activity, each goal will be tailored to fit seamlessly into your life. Customized Wellness Plan: Based on your goals, we will develop a sustainable health and wellness plan. This plan may include recommended stress management techniques, self-care practices exercises, or nutritional advice all designed to improve your overall health and happiness. Support and Accountability: Transformation is a journey consisting of practice and feedback. I will offer continuous encouragement, support and accountability, enhancing your progress with educational insights and strengths-based supports. As you move through this process, we will make adjustments to the plan as needed, ensuring that it continues to align with your evolving needs. Throughout the process, we will explore challenges that may arise on the way to lasting change. Educational Insight and Tools: With certifications in Integrative Nutrition and Aromatherapy, I will incorporate a wide range of holistic tools and educational insights. These may include nutritional and movement guidance, the therapeutic use of essential oils, self-care practices and techniques for emotional and spiritual well-being. Reflective Practice: Each session concludes with a reflective practice to deepen your understanding and commitment to your health journey, allowing space to discuss progress, challenges and insights.
